1. Make really complex workflow super-simple
For 10 years we've been tackling huge, ugly workflow processes and automating, organizing and standardizing until they just don't seem like that big a deal.
In healthcare we developed automated workflow processes to tame the massive paper and film flow in radiology departments creating a paperless, automated workflow that increased physician efficiency by 150%. When we were done doctors saw three times as many patients in a single day.
In Real Property we developed a fully automated workflow process to transfer, synchronize and index 20 million pages of real property documentation on a nightly basis and retrieve it in a 10th of a second. A seamless product, it fits into existing workflow dramatically enhancing productivity.
2. Making huge, ugly data sets well organized and easy to understand
We've developed a reputation for successfully beating large datasets into submission. Data organization and data storage is our sweet spot.
In healthcare we developed a massive patient record repository storing patient data, test results and billing information for hundreds of thousands of patients from over 300 hospitals across the U.S. Data never mingled. Data never lost.
In Real Property we manage and store documentation for most real estate transactions in Oklahoma. All in a clean, organized and straightforward manner with cutting edge automated disaster recovery systems spread across a wide geographic area.
3. Developing really boring applications
Complex workflow and large data sets require smart, clean user interfaces. We specialize in eliminating the clutter and automating the experience.
By using concepts such as interactive data validation and predictive text entry as well as integration of alternative data entry devices such as voice recognition and OCR/ICR technologies, we turn huge, daunting data entry tasks into tiny repetitive excruciatingly boring tasks (that's a good thing).
4. Over the top, total control freak project management
We cut our teeth in the project management business 15 years ago developing management tools for large international telecommunications projects.
Today, when we're the project lead, we provide direct interactive project oversight and enforce good project management practices from our less experienced co-vendors.
But we're more than happy to let someone else drive the bus if we're a sub-contractor or ancillary process vendor.
