FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Alex Weeks is the visionary Founder and President of Electra Digital, a trailblazer in digital land records management. With over 25 years of experience in real estate documents and property records, Alex is a recognized expert in property records, title processing, and the title insurance industry.
Alex began his career at IBM in the 1990s, developing cutting-edge computer-based fraud detection systems. He later collaborated with a pioneering team to create the first GIS-based digital land use and zoning systems for AT&T and Sprint Mobile.
In addition to his achievements in real estate technology, Alex is an airline pilot for a major US air carrier, bringing a unique perspective to software development that emphasizes procedure and precision.
BRYAN SMITH
PROJECT MANAGER & LEAD DEVELOPER
Bryan manages Electra's day-to-day operations and serves as the company's Master Project Manager, ensuring smooth execution across all initiatives.
An acknowledged authority in digital imaging and image formats, Bryan has been instrumental in saving and reconstructing numerous title plants and image repositories. Known in the industry as "The TIFF Whisperer," Bryan has a remarkable ability to recover and restore lost document repositories.
Beyond the office, Bryan is deeply committed to mentoring and inspiring the next generation of innovators as a robotics mentor for the Francis Tuttle FIRST Robotics team.
ALEXANDRA COX
DEVELOPER & PRODUCT MANAGER
Alex Cox is a dynamic Product Manager driving the success of Electra's IRIS document viewing and workflow solutions.
As Electra's trusted User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) expert, Alex designs intuitive, innovative solutions tailored to complex business challenges. She is also Electra's integration specialist, connecting customer applications with enterprise-level APIs.
Away from the keyboard, Alex is an accomplished Hunter Jumper competitor and an active contributor to the equestrian community.
PHILLIP PHAM
DEVELOPER & PRODUCT MANAGER
Phillip Pham is a Software Developer at Electra, specializing in process automation and workflow optimization. With a foundation in biology and growing expertise in machine learning, he approaches software development with a data-driven, systems-oriented mindset.
Over the past three years, Phillip has played a key role in designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions. Currently pursuing a master's degree in machine learning, he is passionate about advancing how automation and AI drive innovation.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Phillip enjoys smoking barbecue meats and playing video games—pursuits that reflect both his creativity and his love of mastering complex systems.
SONNIE QUINN
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As Director of Operations at Electra, Sonnie Quinn oversees the company's day-to-day operations, enabling our technical teams to remain focused on innovation and execution. Sonnie comes to Electra from the forensic engineering industry, bringing analytical rigor and process-driven leadership.
She leads the company's core operational functions, including finance, accounting, human resources, and office management. Her strategic oversight and ability to streamline complex operations make her a vital member of the leadership team.
Off the clock, Sonnie is a competitive tennis player who brings the same focus, discipline, and competitive spirit to the court that she applies to her professional endeavors.
