Born from a Vision to Modernize an Industry
For the last 20 years, Electra has built software platforms that power the Title Insurance and Property Records industry. We introduced online courthouse records, led the industry in desktop image retrieval, and developed some of the first public records search products. We built the first Digital Abstracting platform and went on to create enterprise SaaS ERP systems and fully integrated Title Production Workflow Systems designed to scale with modern title operations.
Today, we're building the next generation of AI-driven document processing and automation software—technology engineered to handle the volume, complexity, and compliance demands of the next 100 years of real estate transactions.
